Apartment Management System

Property - Management System

Description:

This design showcases the Purchase Request dashboard as part of the Majesty Apartment Management System. The primary goal of this interface is to provide property management personnel with an intuitive and streamlined way to track and manage purchase requests. I focused on delivering a clean, user-friendly layout that emphasizes clarity, organization, and ease of navigation.

Key Features:

  • Minimalist UI: The design adopts a modern and minimalist approach, ensuring that essential information is presented clearly without overwhelming the user.

  • Responsive Side Menu: The side menu is structured for quick access to different sections such as Billing, Transactions, and Reports, improving user productivity.

  • Table Structure: A clear, well-organized table displays transaction details such as transaction dates, numbers, requesters, and statuses, with color-coded status indicators for quick identification (Open, Purchased, etc.).

  • Search and Filter Options: An integrated search bar helps users find specific requests quickly, enhancing efficiency.

Design Process:

  1. Research & Understanding User Needs The first step was understanding the requirements of property managers and their workflows. I conducted interviews and researched similar management systems to ensure the design would meet practical use cases.

  2. Wireframing & Low-Fidelity Prototypes I began by sketching out wireframes, focusing on the core functionality, layout structure, and user flow. The goal was to create an intuitive interface where users could easily navigate through multiple transactions and operations.

  3. High-Fidelity Design & UI Elements After finalizing the wireframe, I developed the high-fidelity design using a color palette that complements the brand, ensuring readability and a modern look. The status indicators and clean typography guide users through the page without distractions.

  4. Iterative Design & Feedback After completing the initial design, I gathered feedback from stakeholders and refined the layout to address any pain points, ensuring that the final product met both aesthetic and functional expectations.
