Uncle K learned how to bake in prison. Now, as a free man, he continues to explore that passion, being the meanest (most friendly) baker out there. We set down with uncle K to "talk story" and learn more about his motivation behind opening his own business, ultimately landing on a tasteful design. The logo aims to merge Uncle K's Japanese heritage, with a design that matches his brand name and overall feel.
