Challenge
A nail polish company hypothesized that its customers felt that their online store was difficult to use.
Task
Validate this hypothesis and improve the customer experience on the online store.
Result
Customers used the new filter and wish list features to successfully complete tasks in usability tests. Through live A:B testing, both heatmaps and Google Analytics event data showed the features were being adopted. This demonstrated that these features successfully improved the customer experience on the online store.
