"Bogdovanich" Town Map

It’s my personal project, a map of a somewhat alternative version of the town where I was born and lived until I was 18.

Most of the locations are inspired by real places. The name of the city has been modified a bit, but still close to the real one :)

This town is located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by a mysterious forest. It’s the late ‘90s, but it feels like it’s stuck in the ‘70s. The only cinema has long been closed, the stadium is unused. The kiosk sells outdated magazines newspapers, and posters from past years’ events covering all the town.

There’s a local legend of a creature that awakens each night in the forest, searching for a way out. But worry not, it’s not dangerous...supposedly.
