Franco Colapinto 1st Formula 1 Race Postage Stamp

This is a personal passion project design of a postage stamp I made to commemorate Franco Colapinto's first race on Formula 1, at MonzaGP in Italy on September 1st 2024. Hope you like it! You can follow me on IG @mariaesmdesign

#FrancoColapinto, a young Argentine driver, made his Formula 1 debut with Williams Racing at the 2024 Italian Grand Prix in #Monza, marking Argentina's return to F1 after a 23-year absence. His entry into the sport recalls the legacy of #JuanManuelFangio and #CarlosReutemann, two iconic Argentine F1 drivers. Fangio, celebrated as one of the greatest in F1 history, won five world championships between 1951 and 1957. Reutemann, also a standout, achieved 12 victories and narrowly missed the 1981 championship, finishing as runner-up.

Colapinto, after an impressive career in Formula 2, now follows in their footsteps, aiming to build his own legacy in the sport.
