GAMBLING ZEUS
🔥 Why I’m attracted to the gambling industry and how motion designers’ work is valued! 🔥
As a motion designer, I find myself increasingly drawn to the gambling industry. It’s not just a dynamic and creative environment but also an opportunity to create unique projects from scratch rather than using templates. However, I often encounter one issue: when discussing salary expectations with HR, I usually mention a range of $650-700 per month.
📊 In my opinion, this is not an excessive amount. Projects require time, creativity, and effort to deliver something new and unique every time. This isn’t just about fulfilling template tasks—every project needs a complete approach from the ground up.
💬 I would love to hear from other motion designers working in this industry and department heads. Do you consider this a fair payment? I believe that this rate is reasonable and should not cause inconvenience to either the employer or the designer.
I enjoy creating new things, applying a creative approach, and diving into projects that challenge me and allow me to grow. But it’s also crucial that our work is valued fairly.
Let’s discuss! Is a $650-700 salary appropriate for a full-scale creative approach in the gambling industry?
