Multi Chain wallet (Account & chain abstraction)

A multichain wallet that supports chain and account abstraction allowing users store their funds fronm multi networks and can perform a transaction with chain abstraction and set up recurring transaction, also allow the users to pay for their transaction with another stable coin (account abstraction).
