The design incorporates an efficient tabbed system for adding vital parameters, with space below for physical examination remarks. The screen also features a medication management system, allowing for quick addition of suggested medications and custom entries.

Acuity Risk Levels are clearly highlighted using color-coded indicators for quick assessment. The main area is divided into an overview section showing open tasks and visit details, while active medications and enrollments are conveniently listed on the right.
