Wigme - An ecommerce application
Western International Group, a diversified business conglomerate with a presence across the globe, launched the Wigme eCommerce store in 2019 to sell products from its renowned brands like GEEPAS, NESTO, and ROYALFORD. Initially developed without dedicated UI/UX design principles, the site faced significant challenges as user demand increased, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. With growing online shoppers, issues such as product browsing, product information clarity, and checkout flow emerged, necessitating a redesign. My project focused on resolving these UI/UX pain points to enhance user experience, streamline the shopping process, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
