Minimalistic workout app

All the workout apps I've used and tested are filled with overwhelming programs where each workout takes forever to complete.

I haven't found a simple workout app that I liked, so I decided to create my own.

Each workout takes about 15 minutes and emphasises proper form and a slow cadence over the amount of reps and weight. Slow and steady wins the race.

I'm building the app right now and will hopefully have a v1 ready to go soon.
