Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP), a local nonprofit, has been providing high-quality healthcare to Santa Clara County residents, with a particular focus on underserved and low-income families since 1997.

While SCFHP has consistently prioritized member needs, their brand has fallen behind the times. The outdated logo and marketing materials no longer accurately represent the quality of their plans or their active role in the community.

I helped create a new, timeless logo that captured the essence of Santa Clara Family Health Plan, symbolizing their commitment to providing care for underserved communities.
