Designers and Dragons

I decided to add some nerdy fun to this year's performance reviews with the design team. Each member of the team got a tarot/playing card based on classic Dungeons and Dragons character classes. I revised and tweaked the skills and description to reflect the strengths and skills of each individual designer.

At the end, it was pretty easy to see how each member was a valuable contributor to the overall team with their unique skills and experiences.
