Overview

Nganter is a mobile logistics app designed to help users track their package deliveries in real-time with complete accuracy and detail. Problems

How We Solved the Problems

  2. Real-Time GPS Map Tracking: We integrated a dynamic map feature that displays the package’s exact location in real time, allowing users to monitor their package's journey and stay informed about the estimated delivery time.

  3. Direct Messaging Feature: The app includes a direct messaging function that enables users to communicate with their delivery driver instantly, resolving issues faster and ensuring a smoother delivery process.

  4. Comprehensive Tracking Details: A detailed information screen breaks down the entire delivery journey into simple stages, providing transparent updates and insights at every step, from pickup to final delivery.
