Overview

Quinncia is an interactive artificial intelligence-based platform that helps students build a strong resume and prepare for an interview. It boosts engagement and career readiness in academic programs, aiming to improve student outcomes.

Challenge

Our goal was to solve the issue of universities not having the right tools to monitor Quinncia’s performance and track student progress. Unfortunately, we couldn’t interview universities’ stakeholders at that time to understand their needs, so we had to develop a solution based on our assumptions, which was challenging due to the complexity of Quinncia’s analytics.

Solution

Our research aimed to identify the key data universities needed and what offered the most significant value. Given the extensive data we had, we decided to organise the reporting into three main sections. After the wireframing phase, we applied the existing design system to finalise the project, which was then ready for universities to test.

Outcome

A powerful analytics tool that enables universities to deeply explore student performance and progress data.
