WSC is a digital platform designed for architects that optimizes project management, enhances efficiency, and reduces costs. To showcase its diverse services effectively, we created a Mega Menu with subcategories.

Challenge:

Upon entering the WSC website, users struggled to intuitively locate all the tabs in the main menu and submenus. Some menu items were placed at the bottom of the page or appeared as buttons scattered throughout, leading to confusion and a chaotic browsing experience.

Solution:

We conducted user research on a group of WSC website users. This allowed us to optimize the user experience by restructuring the website, main menu, and adding submenus to relevant subpages.
