Pawlow - Pet Needs Tracking App

Pet owners often struggle with coordinating and managing their pets' needs within a household, leading to issues like overfeeding or missed activities due to a lack of communication. This problem extends to situations where pets are left with sitters, causing uncertainty about whether pets are being properly cared for. Additionally, pet owners may forget important tasks like veterinary appointments without proper reminders, impacting their pets' health and well-being.

Pawlow addresses these challenges by offering a comprehensive app that enables users to track and manage their pets' needs effectively. Through Pawlow, users can create a shared household profile to log activities such as feeding, walking, and medication, ensuring all members are informed and preventing redundant actions. The app also allows pet sitters to update owners on their pets' care and provides reminders for important appointments, fostering better communication and peace of mind for pet owners.

We kick things off with a welcome page featuring our adorable dog character, happily wagging its tail. Since it’s our first time on Pawlow, the app gives us a friendly intro and a peek at all the cool things we can do!

Now, we're on the page where we create our household. (Or, if someone else already set one up and invited us, we can join theirs!) Think of a household as a group that connects us with the pets and people we live with. After setting up our household, it’s time to add our furry friends! We can give them a name, select their breed and gender, and add details like age, weight, and any special needs.

All set! Now we can dive into using Pawlow. On the homepage, the first thing we see is a carousel highlighting the most important upcoming tasks. For example, "Hey, look! Brutus has a vet appointment today!" Below that, we can check the last two activities of our pets, add a new pet, pick a task to mark as done, or review completed tasks.

But wait, there's more! With Pawlow, you can create recurring or time-sensitive tasks, message other household members, or even start a group chat (humans only!). Plus, you can jot down notes for your pets!
