I'm excited to share this project, which is based on a real-life application aimed at streamlining logistics and shipping operations. This booking portal was designed as an add-on for a third-party platform, allowing sender companies to schedule shipments with precision. Users can easily select available time slots for deliveries, ensuring that shipments arrive at the receiver's warehouse at a designated date and time.

The interface simplifies the booking process by leveraging minimal inputs and presenting key information clearly. Key fields and essential details are displayed upfront, making it intuitive for users to manage their shipment schedules efficiently.

This add-on has significantly increased conversion rates by 67%, demonstrating its effectiveness in improving user engagement and operational efficiency.

On the left side, you'll find essential transportation details prominently displayed, while sender and receiver information is neatly arranged in a side column divided into clear, easy-to-navigate cards.

This structured design ensures that all critical details are accessible at a glance, making the booking process both efficient and straightforward.

Our booking portal offers two distinct calendar options to suit varying needs. The first is a Free Choice Calendar, allowing users to select any available date, provided they give a 48-hour notice. This flexibility ensures you can plan ahead with ease.

The second option is a Reserved Dates and Times Calendar, where companies can set specific availability slots. This feature is ideal for those who prefer to manage their schedules with predefined timeframes, ensuring all bookings align with their operational needs.

Your selected time slot is now under review and awaiting approval.

Once confirmed, you will receive a notification to finalize your booking. This step ensures that all details are verified and aligned with the availability before the appointment is officially set.
