Brand Identity design for Savvides
About the Project
Pietro Savvides is a well-accomplished businessman in real estate and venture capital. He needed a personal brand that encompasses not just his businesses but the values he stands for as a whole. The deliverables included brand strategy, brand visuals, and a website.
About Pietro Savvides_
Pietro Savvides is a Canadian-based serial entrepreneur and founder of THE NORTHERN GROUP. He has carved a lucrative space in the construction and real estate business and has multiple investments in various industries. He speaks on many international platforms to help budding entrepreneurs traverse the path to business success.
Stylescape_
A discovery session with Pietro took us through multiple stylescapes to get a sense of the design direction.
Additional Inspiration
During the discovery phase of our call, the client spoke of his background; Italian and Greek. We discussed symbolisms from these two cultures to see if we could incorporate something into the identity. One symbol that he shared with us was the double-headed eagle.
Concept_
With some exploration, the double-headed eagle was a major source of inspiration. The idea was simple; two eagles looking in opposite directions forming an "S" with that little touch of an ambigram.

Typography_
The typeface "LOGIK" was an excellent choice for the mark. It shares a similar look to the "S" logomark, making a perfect blend that ties it all together.
Color Palette
The color palette for the brand was sourced largely from the approved stylescape.
