Little World: Supporting Language Learning Through Volunteering
One of the projects that holds a special place in my heart is my voluntary work for the language platform, Little World. This platform brings together German learners and native speakers, creating a space where they can learn and teach German. I am genuinely impressed by Little World and am grateful for the opportunity to support the dedicated team behind it with this video.
Given that Little World is a non-profit organization with limited budget, I wanted to create something that reflects its community-driven spirit. I opted for a handmade, doodle-inspired look, enhanced with lined notebook paper and cardboard textures. This aesthetic not only aligns with the grassroots nature of the organization but also adds a personal touch that resonates with the platform's mission.
This is the 2D rig that I built for the animation in After Effects. The rig allowed for smooth and dynamic movement, making it possible to bring the doodle-inspired elements to life. By carefully designing the rig, I ensured that the animation remained true to the handmade aesthetic while still achieving professional-quality motion. This technical foundation was key to creating a video that not only looks engaging but also effectively communicates the mission of Little World.ter your text here...
