Our recent project for a SaaS product included an internal employee management system, specifically for the support team.

In addition to maintaining employee statistics, we smartly implemented gamification/ leaderboard/ reward system, or whatever you may call it.

The primary goal being to encourage employees to work efficiently and voluntarily.
