Browsing medical community opportunities

Needed to build a navigation structure for an AMA app that'd allow doctors to browse community opportunities amongst dozens of medical specialties across several opportunity types (speaking engagement, conference, mentorship, etc.) so that they could find a great opportunity to contribute back to their community.
