Feature onboarding animation for users - Figma

We were experiencing a 40% drop off from our clients during the "Make a booking" step which is part of our client's user journey while setting up their system. Users found it confusing and disorienting as we initially landed them on the timetable screen without any instruction on what action to take next. By Introducing the GIF animation, we were able to reduce the number of churn and increase our LSB (Launch to Significant Bookings) reached by a client.

All GIF animation for desktop and mobile screens were also translated to DE, ES & FR for users within that region
