UX/UI дизайн административной панели калькуляторов
В одной из компаний имеется большое количество сотрудников с разными должностями, для каждой из типов должностей существует цифровой калькулятор для расчёта премии с учетом метрик должности. Калькуляторы мотивируют сотрудников на достижение больших результатов продаж, и как следствия - увеличения прибыли сотрудников и самой компании. Запрос бизнеса: метрики расчёта постоянно меняются, количество ролей для которых нужны калькуляторы увеличивается, функционал различных калькуляторов необходимо реализовывать очень быстро с небольшими материальными затратами. Решение: реализован функционал административной панели для создания новых типов калькуляторов. Администратор может с её помощью быстро создавать и публиковать новые типы калькуляторов не прибегая к долгому и затратному циклу разработки. Результат: бизнес доволен, благодаря данному функционалу калькуляторы реализуются намного быстрее, не приходится прибегать к долгому и дорогостоящему циклу кастомной разработки, реализованные типы калькуляторов можно гибко настраивать, создавать их копии, создавать новые типы калькуляторов на базе копий. Боль бизнеса решена.

One of the companies has a large number of employees with different positions, for each type of position there is a digital calculator for calculating the bonus taking into account the metrics of the position. Calculators motivate employees to achieve greater sales results, and as a result, increase the profits of employees and the company itself. Business request: calculation metrics are constantly changing, the number of roles for which calculators are needed is increasing, the functionality of various calculators must be implemented very quickly with little material costs. Solution: the functionality of the administrative panel for creating new types of calculators has been implemented. The administrator can use it to quickly create and publish new types of calculators without resorting to a long and expensive development cycle. Result: the business is happy, thanks to this functionality, calculators are implemented much faster, there is no need to resort to a long and expensive custom development cycle, the implemented types of calculators can be flexibly customized, create their copies, create new types of calculators based on copies. The pain of business is solved.
