Wise River Realty - Direction 2

This is the second direction that was proposed to Michael Merselis, a realtor out of Bozeman, MT. As you can see, this direction is still minimal and utilizes very few design elements outside of bold color, lots of white space, a typeface or two, and a couple of images. I feel like unless specified, each direction you present to a client should be somewhat similar but differ in a few key ways that can be derived from something like the logo.
