Season of the earthing Illustration

The hotly burning summer has passed and autumn has come again 🍂 I saw a lot of people walking barefoot on the Dulegil for a few months, so I was curious and looked it up, and they said they were doing "Ashing" 😲 "Earthing" means connecting to the earth and practicing to heal our souls by walking barefoot🌎 Breeze and Peace also threw off their shoes and socks and challenged ashing 🦶👣 I was walking while feeling the warmth of the ground, and deer, squirrels, ducks, and bird friends who lived on the trail welcomed Breeze and Peace. 👋 On an autumn day that's good for a walk, why don't you take an ashing time that connects the earth and nature? ☺ ️

뜨겁게 불타오르는 여름이 지나가고 가을이 다시 찾아왔어요🍂

몇 달 전부터 둘레길에서 맨발로 걸어다니는 분들이 많이 보이길래 궁금해서 찾아봤더니 ‘어싱’을 하는 거라고 하더라고요😲

‘어싱(Earthing)’이란 지구에 연결되는 것을 의미하며, 맨발로 걸으며 우리의 영혼을 치유할 수 있는 연습을 하는 것이라고 해요🌎

브리즈와 피스도 신발과 양말을 벗어 던지고 어싱에 도전했어요🦶👣

땅이 주는 포근함을 느끼며 걸어가던 중, 등산로에 살던 사슴과 다람쥐, 오리와 새 친구들이 브리즈와 피스를 반겨주네요👋
