Tickets
This views shows all the listed tickets from the customers to solve in all different situations and the view gives you the flexibility to filter the tickets depend on several variables such as priority, name, date, etc.
Multiselect
You can select more than one ticket either to delete them or redirect them to another engineer to fix them.
Accessing a ticket to Solve or to redirect
As you can see the ticket open on floating window aligned to the right to give space for noticing other actions happen on the system, and from there you can either solve the problem, submit the solution, change the status of the case or redirect it to other engineer in case you couldn't handle it for any reason.
Chat
within the application you can freely chat or call the customer to better communication and to fix the issue faster.
