CRM system redesign

Redesign for CRM system for freight forwarders and transport & logistics departments.

4logist is a platform intended to ease the hard work of carriers, logisticians and forwarders by significantly reducing the time they spend on daily operations.

Before redesign:

  • Visual clutter and outdated interface.

  • Big amounts of information displayed all at once. Such information overflow might increase cognitive load.

  • Design is busy and lacks organization. It is hard to tell which information belongs where.

  • No consistency in visual language e.g. identical buttons having different design, or different buttons having similar appearance.

What was achieved:

Unified design elements and a overall style, the information was categorized in a more coherent order.
