FE: Owner Admin Customisability, WMP, and User Auth
I wanted to update everyone on the current UI designs, we need to design the front end for these specific parts:
User Authentication Profile Page (with business hours)
Plugin Creation and Owner Admin Customisation
WMP Conversation Point for Appointment Booking
To note:
For the logic of booking, we have established that we must integrate a business hours section where users can update their weekly working times.
In the OA Customising section, we must have:
meeting length
breaks between meetings
how far in advance
how near in advance
round robin assignment
customised booking message
restricted days/holidays (maybe they always block weekends, maybe they also want to block every Monday, maybe only 9-5 on weekdays)
1. User authentication profile page
Below is the wireframe with a demonstrated look for the user tab.
Changes: It should be a "Connect Google Calendar" in words with a Google icon before or after it, rather than just the icon! This is a design choice and will benefit the user experience.
Without business hours:
We need to establish business hours in the user profile, but this is what the original design is without the business hours.
With business hours:
Here you can see a similar style to our restrict periods section, but for hours of the day people will work, we must assume that 24/7 is the default if they do not select any times.
User list view
The Admin wants to see who has connected their Gmail in the User list view. "Calendar Verified" will be the column title for now, as we currently work with only one calendar type in this scope.
2. Plugin creation and Owner Admin customisation
The new conversation point in the WMP creation tab will have the same functionality as the others in the initial creation steps.
To note: in German it will be "Standard Kalender"
When the Admin creates or edits the conversation point a tab will open up that looks like this following image.
Below is a screenshot given by Dzmitry as a provisional design.
Instead of save^^ it will have "weiter" or "next" in English, and display the following screen.
Dzmitry has designed an idea where it all fits on ONE page. To be seen. So we would have the meeting times, times between meetings, near/far booking window, custom messages and assignment rules all on one page.
NOTE:
for the personalised meeting message, in German that would be:
"Personalisierte Nachricht zur Sitzungsbestätigung:" - confirmation
"Personalisierte Nachricht zur Sitzungsabsage:" - cancellation
for the far/near in future text would be:
”Wie weit in der Zukunft darf der Termin liegen?” - how far
“Wie kurzfristig kann ein Treffen gebucht werden?” - how short notice
3. WMP conversation point for appointment booking
The WMP will need to be fairly simple like the current design, we do have some wireframes that demonstrate a very good-looking idea. The downside is that it is slightly outdated.
