Growth.Monks AI Platform for Mediamonks

The mission was to to create a platform to allow Growth and Leads managers to manage personal AI Assistants to address the challenge of managing client-related information efficiently. The client asked for a solution that not only automates data collection and analysis but also focuses on providing timely, relevant insights to support decision-making processes.

During the development process, it was crucial to hold co-creation sessions to analyze managers' daily tasks and conduct usability tests to uncover features and issues. The methodology implemented focused on rapid feedback-implementation cycles with stakeholders.This approach aimed to optimize and improve usability, transparency, and functionality from both a UI-UX and coding perspective. I adapted local language models to create teams of AI agents that automatically fetched news and analyzed articles to generate relevant reports for managers.
