Animated Illustrations for Wunder Job Ads

At Wunder, diversity and individuality are celebrated as core strengths. To convey this, I designed a series of animated illustrations that capture both professional expertise and personal passions. The concept emphasizes that Wunder values not just what candidates bring to the table in terms of skills, but also who they are as unique individuals.

For each role — Web Data Specialist, Senior Developer, Account Manager, Service Designer, and Delivery Manager — I created visuals that blend industry-specific tools with symbols of personal hobbies and interests. These details, like knitting needles alongside data charts or a guitar next to business tools, were strategically included to humanize the roles and reflect the company’s inclusive culture.

Through these animations, the messaging is clear: Wunder invites you to bring your whole self to work. The vibrant color palette and dynamic motion graphics further enhance the brand's welcoming and forward-thinking identity, making each ad stand out while staying true to Wunder’s ethos.
