Zero1 – Brand Identity

Zero1, a Singapore-based MVNO operating under Singtel, focuses on offering data-centric and unlimited plans. The brand name draws inspiration from binary code, symbolizing 0s and 1s in digital data. A custom typeface was created to ensure that the diagonal strokes of the “Z,” “0,” and “1” align at the same angle, creating a cohesive and harmonious character set. This design choice also opens up possibilities for dynamic animations. The bold, rounded forms of the logo are inspired by elements commonly associated with the telecom industry — E.g. mobile devices, app icons, and speech bubbles etc — resulting in a visually striking and memorable brand identity.
