Renewing Apple's Podcast App
Project Overview: I took on the challenge of redesigning the Apple Podcast App to create a more user-friendly and visually engaging experience. My goal was to streamline the interface, making it easier for users to discover, manage, and enjoy their favorite podcasts.
Design Process: I focused on improving the app’s overall usability by refining the navigation, enhancing the visual hierarchy, and making the content more accessible. I introduced a cleaner layout with better-organized categories, more intuitive controls, and a fresh, modern aesthetic that stays true to Apple’s design principles.
Key Features:
Enhanced Navigation: Simplified and intuitive, making it easier for users to find and follow their favorite shows.
Revamped Player: A sleek and functional player that offers better control over playback and episode management.
Personalized Recommendations: A new section that helps users discover podcasts based on their listening habits and interests.
UI Kit Development: I also developed a UI Kit to ensure consistency throughout the redesign. It includes updated icons, buttons, and typography styles that align with the new look and feel of the app.
