Context and needs

The founders of SalesScan noticed that sales representatives heavily rely on intuition when making decisions. They have difficulty pinpointing reliable indicators and accurately gauging the maturity level of their opportunities.

The company approached us to develop their app from the ground up.

They were seeking help to improve their product vision and to find a dependable method for identifying and understanding their target audience.

Results

I was given the challenge of creating a high-quality design within a short timeframe.


To ensure success, I started conducting an intensive user research session that included target audience interviews, competitive analysis, and a state-of-the-art report. This helped me create both a UX roadmap and a UX/UI backlog.

Based on Insight report, I built a minimal UI model, to deliver screens, components and UI kit as fast as possible.
