An Enquiry Page

The enquiry page I designed in Figma was created for a client’s website to streamline user inquiries and improve the user experience. The main goal was to make it easier for users to contact the client and get their questions answered quickly and efficiently. I started by analyzing user feedback and competitor enquiry forms to understand common pain points and best practices. This helped me identify key features to include, such as a clear call-to-action and a simplified form layout.

I created several wireframes to explore different layouts and interactions. After selecting the most effective design, I developed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visualize the final look and feel. The final design includes a user-friendly form with essential fields like name, email, and message, along with a dropdown menu for query type. I also incorporated a progress indicator to show users how many steps are left in the form.
