Music Inspired Illustration #1 - Flowerwork

Welcome to my music inspired artwork no. 1!

This illustration is inspired by the title track of RM's first official solo album called 'Wild Flower'.

In the song, there's a line that says "Light a flower, flowerwork" which I adore. Flowerwork is actually a wordplay from firework. RM says that instead of being like a firework that appears very flashy in just a brief moment, he wanted to be a flowerwork that is humble but still pretty and lasts longer like flowers in the field.

Based on that line, I had a vision to make an illustration where the lyric is surrounded by some flowers, depicting a flower field. The flowers selected here represents new beginning, serenity, and humility, inline with the song overall meaning. For the typography part, I was inspired by chalkboard signs which I found very well fitting with the overall theme.
