Design: Invoice tracker redesign for Ruul.
Goal: Make it easier for freelancers to understand the status of their invoices and payments.
How did we improved it?
Provided more detailed explanations for each status.
Added timestamps for better clarity.
Included frequently asked questions specific to each status.
Added short titles so freelancers can quickly grasp the status without reading the entire description.
Mentioned the client the invoice was shared with and the account where the payment will be sent.
Created a clear distinction between completed steps and upcoming ones.
We recently rolled out some new improvements, with the invoice tracker being one of the major updates. Happy to see this make it live.
