We want to share with you the process of creating a mascot for a micro-loan fintech company.
Idea and Concept
First, we brainstormed to understand what qualities our mascot should represent. For a fintech company, it is important to create an image that evokes trust and friendliness. The dog is perfect for this role, as it symbolizes loyalty and reliability.
Sketches
After we decided on the concept, we started creating quick sketches. We experimented with different poses and muzzle expressions. The main focus was on friendliness and playfulness. We also added a collar and a coin to emphasize the financial theme.
Choosing the final design
From the many sketches, we chose a few of the best ones and finalized them. After discussing with the client, we settled on one option that everyone liked.
Vectorization
Now it was time to convert our sketch into vector format.
After the main elements were ready, we added details to make the image more three-dimensional. We paid special attention to the collar and the coin to make them look realistic and noticeable.
Finalization
When all the details were finalized, we exported the image in the right formats and prepared it for all digital and tangible brand media.
