Slides & Report | Sense - Creative Startup

Sense is a creativity-driven platform designed to empower creatives to build meaningful connections on projects and with clients. Originally conceived as part of the Creative Entrepreneurship course, this concept not only achieved a High Distinction but was also selected as a student exemplar by the faculty.

Furthermore, it has garnered support from the Macquarie University Incubator, a hub providing resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities for startups.

I was responsible for the visual design and marketing of the project, including:

  • Animated presentation slides (Vimeo)

  • Website prototype design (senseapp.art)

  • Out-of-home advertising

  • Event materials

  • Individual report with layout design (Report)

Keynote

I designed this 80-page animated keynote for the final presentation (except for the logo history, mascot, and mobile prototype). The presentation was delivered on a conference-style stage, and the design met the visual needs of a large-scale venue, earning praise from the convenor.

You are invited to watch the keynote video on Vimeo or to view the PDF version.

Website

It is a prototype designed to showcase the overall visual style and provide a sense of Sense, while also enhancing the project’s completeness and making it appear more like a commercial venture.

Event Materials

Although this was just a course project, my teammates and I aimed to make the final presentation as close to a real launch event as possible. To achieve this, I designed event invitations and media press cards, which were distributed to the convenor and classmates. After the keynote presentation, we also shared these materials with the staff at the Macquarie University Incubator, further supporting our project’s future journey.

Individual Report

This report focuses on my personal involvement and reflections on the project. You can view the full version with layout design on Sense Individual Report.

Comment

As a key creative driver 🧑🏻‍🎨 in this team, you created a very strong sense of the look and feel of the visual application, and of the potential of the team going forward 🚀.
