CEB Care Mobile App Redesign
Hi Dribbblers,
Here is the solution-oriented case study of my recent projects
CEB Care is the mobile application for mobile phone users under
the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), Sri Lanka's main and state-owned
electricity producer and distributor. They create this app to provide
their customers with an efficient and user-friendly platform to manage
their electricity services.
As the primary electricity supplier in Sri Lanka, CEB aims to improve
customer convenience and engagement through this application and facilitates
activities such as bill management, bill payment, outage notifications
etc. through this application.
Problem Statement:
According to the opinions of the users about the current version, the
issues affecting the user satisfaction and the problems of the users
have been identified.
* Electricity usage and payment statements of previous months.
* Poor navigation and setting system.
* Having a poor user-friendly interface.
* Access problems are currently occurring for people using
Apple iPhone
Solutions:
Give access to previous month's payments -
* Display last 5 month's payments using graphs
Enhanced the navigation systems -
* Redesign user interface
Registration (Login/Signup) with Splash screen
After loading the app, login is accessed. If you do not have an account, you can create one through the register.
Home
The first person who logs in to the application is the home. It gives you access to basic functions and information about electricity consumption.
Payment
There is a separate page for electricity bill payments where you will see the bills for this month as well as your missed payments. After a simple registration process, you can also view the bills you have paid through the app.
Interruptions and Complaints
The user is also given the opportunity to show the locations of sudden power outages and the like as well as to complain about the inconvenience caused by them.
Setting
Access to account, complaints, electricity bill check etc. are provided through the settings page.
