Design Brief:

PeopleFirstHR simplifies HR operations, including time-off requests. The redesign focuses on improving the user experience for requesting and managing time off. Key requirements included an overview of requests, a straightforward submission form, an efficient approval process, and a visual calendar integration.

I began the design process by researching user needs and pain points, then created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. The final design provides a clear, intuitive interface for managing time-off requests, helping employees and HR managers streamline their workflows.
