Title product doc review, Endpoint

This is the first major 0-1 project I have done at Endpoint. A title product is the core title policy document in the title and escrow process. There is a lot of actions that go with it: adding a title phrase and subphrase, hyperlinking part of the phrase to important external documents and contexts, generating a closing requirement from it, etc. Lots of fun coming up with creative design solutions: to make the phrases highly interactable, to make actions easy to trigger, to make data on this document connected to the central source of truth (aka the concept of merge fields), and to have closing requirements, the most important outcome/action items from reviewing this document, immediately accessible on the right side of the page.
