Settlement MVP, Endpoint

This is one of the more mature 0-1 projects I did at Endpoint, in the sense of the project completion and complexity as well as the design process and collaboration. Settlement and accounting is a crucial ongoing financial aspect of title and escrow process. The product design encompasses every aspect of it: create and delete a settlement line item, automate value generation, itemize an item, associate a settlement statement to a loan, and, make the settlement statement accessible in the most user centric way.

I worked on this project with our squad starting from the very beginning, which is a design sprint to map out user personas, user requirements, key data and domain knowledge for this huge domain.
