Invigift
Description
Invigift is an event management application that simplifies the process of organizing events. The platform offers pre-designed templates to easily add event details and send invitations. It allows users to manage everything from one place, ensuring the success of their events with ease.
Problem
The client identified several pain points for those involved in event planning or managing events, such as the time-consuming process of manually inviting guests, tracking RSVPs, and managing guest lists. Additionally, handling and organizing gifts from attendees can be challenging and difficult to keep in order.
Solution
By working closely with the client to understand their business goals and thoroughly analyzing the target audience's needs, I developed an intuitive and user-friendly application with an attractive interface. Invigift allows users to send money to the event organizer, accept or decline invitations, and provides administrators with tools to monitor attendee lists and manage collected funds.
