Automation for Container Registration in Import Processes

Overview

The project focused on developing a digital platform for Moya Customs Agency in Chile, transitioning their container registration process from manual to automated. The key challenge was to streamline container registration and tracking, significantly reducing the workload.

User research was conducted through interviews with personnel across different departments to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the value chain. The platform was built using Firebase, Next.js, and React, with UiPath integration for process automation. This solution enhanced operational efficiency, optimized container registration, and provided seamless tracking, resulting in improved productivity and a more efficient workflow for the agency.
