We're all are angels struggling with all sorts of bad habits because we are afraid, bored, lonely, sad, hurt, scared, procrastinating or not challenged enough in life.

We do have a complicated relationship with our ego and how it distracts us from not following our true spirit. Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

Please accept the ego as a companion, don't fight it, see it for what it is. Let your spirit shine brighter.
