Wordmark for a high-end apartment complex down in the suburbs of DC.
The concept behind the logo was to evoke a sense of luxury with signature-like letterforms. Like you're signing your name on the back of a big-ass check.
This one went unused but I loved it anyway. Dozens of sketches of this same word to get to this design.
