A huge thanks to @Liam Oscar Thurston from TWG for stopping by today to share his talk on 'Designing for humans: Building experiences that people love'.

From a solid Human-Centred Design foundation, Liam got us all thinking about the evolving nature of the 'user', and how product design needs to start at the human scale. He walked us through some of the techniques he uses to define and build products that connect at an emotional level, and ran a short workshop that got us all thinking about triggers, actions, incentives, and rewards.
