Cancer Treatment Interface for Qgen Health Lab
Intuitive UI Design for Qgen Lab
In the pursuit of effective SARS-CoV-2 therapies, understanding the molecular interactions of antiviral drugs is critical. For this case study, the Qgen Lab interface begins by showcasing a 3D model of Lopinavir, a key antiviral drug. Users are then presented with a comprehensive list of drugs targeting the virus. Upon selecting Lopinavir, detailed insights are revealed, including both 2D and 3D structures, enabling a clear view of the drug’s molecular composition and its therapeutic relevance.
A deeper exploration begins when the user focuses on the expanded 3D model of Lopinavir. Below this visualization, a curated list of ligands connected to Lopinavir emerges. These ligands offer insights into potential interactions and molecular pathways that could influence the drug’s efficacy.
The Qgen's Lab intuitive design simplifies complex molecular data, empowering researchers and clinicians to explore key interactions effortlessly and gain a thorough understanding of how various molecules might interact with other compounds in therapeutic contexts.
