Osmosis.Zone is a decentralized exchange on the Cosmos network that lets users trade tokens, stake, provide liquidity, and use DeFi applications. It's the largest interchain DEX in the Cosmos Hub ecosystem. However, it wasn't designed specifically for professional traders, who require a more advanced and customized trading experience.

Problem Statement

Experienced traders on Osmosis Zone seeking to amplify their gains through leverage need a secure a margin trading platform because the current lack of such a feature limits their trading opportunities and risk-adjusted returns.

Prototyping

I created prototypes of the margin trading platform to test its usability with both regular and experienced traders. I conducted usability testing sessions where users were guided through a script that involved performing typical tasks on the website, including accessing the pro section and placing a trade. This allowed me to gather valuable feedback on the platform's design and functionality, ensuring that it met the needs of our target audience.
