Switch Final Logo

The Switch is a $28 million development with 102 luxury apartments, retail space and more in Fishers, Indiana. The building has some really unique features including a rooftop deck, community room and state of the art fitness and business centers. Branding this property was a blast.

The building sits on a plot of land that is used as a train depot. We wanted to show off Fishers’ rich railroading history in the branding, so we designed our “x” mark to resemble a train track switch.
